Our thoughts are with those who are affected by this virus and those who are caring for them.

Updated Cancellation Policy as per June 05, 2020

We are currently waiving any cancellation fees when you reschedule and rebook your existing reservations that were for stays through and including August 15th, 2020. No refunds will be provided for any pre-paid and non-refundable reservations but you can reschedule and stay within 1 year of your original travel dates without any penalty. For reservations made through a travel agent or an online booking platform please contact them directly as your reservation will be subject to their terms and conditions, however, we have informed them of our change in the cancellation policy, which they should adhere to.

While the COVID-19 outbreak is a changing situation, we are committed to keeping you informed and to care for you as a valued Captain Don’s Habitat’s guest.
