​In this time of uncertainty with the progression of the COVID-19 outbreak, I am reaching out personally to assure you that your safety and comfort remain our highest priority at Captain Don’s Habitat Resort. Our thoughts are with those who are affected by this virus and those who are caring for them.

Updated Cancellation Policy

We are currently waiving cancellation fees for existing reservations, for stays through and including May 31, 2020. This includes any pre-paid and non-refundable reservations. For reservations made through a travel agent or an online booking platform please contact them directly as your reservation will be subject to their terms and conditions, however, we have informed them of our change in the cancellation policy, which they should adhere to.

You may change the date of your booking free of charge as long as the new booking takes place within 12 months from the original booking date.

While the COVID-19 outbreak is a changing situation, we are committed to keeping you informed and to care for you as a valued Captain Don’s Habitat’s guest.
